We renovate established homes across Charlotte - whole-home transformations, kitchens, baths, and considered additions. The team that designs your home is the team that builds it, so the work moves without the usual handoffs: a single point of accountability, one standard of finish, and a timeline you can plan around.
Why design-build changes the result
Most renovations pass through three companies, an architect, a contractor, a designer, and lose something at every seam. Ours don't. Design, pre-construction, and construction happen under one roof, which is why the finished home matches the drawing, and the budget set in design is the budget you build to.
It also means decisions are made once. Structure and finish are resolved together before demolition begins, scope and cost are fixed before the first wall comes down, and one project lead carries the work from start to final walkthrough.
