Our Design Package follows a proprietary process that includes a feasibility study with local municipalities, multiple layouts, realistic renderings, detailed estimates, and engineering calculations as needed. It also covers complete design discovery, all material and color selections, procurement and storage of materials, detailed construction drawings, and full management of the permitting process.

This budget is accounting for an all inclusive and turn key design and build experience. Including some care and maintenance after the project has been finalized.
